Berlusconi names one thing Milan can improve to ‘achieve great results’

AC Milan have enjoyed some good results lately and are still in the race for the Scudetto, especially since Inter drew their game against Napoli earlier this evening. Of course, there are still some things the Rossoneri can improve.

The Rossoneri are currently just two points behind their city rivals (who have a game in hand) and that means they could temporarily move to first place with a win tomorrow. They will face Sampdoria at 12:30 CET and you can read our preview of the game here.

During a press conference after Monza’s win against SPAL earlier today, former Milan and current Monza owner Silvio Berlusconi shared some thoughts on the Rossoneri. The 85-year-old, of course, had some very successful years with the club.

“Regarding this Milan, I say that they should develop more effective and concrete attacking strategies, but it must be said that they aren’t bad currently. I see a Milan that plays well and if set up correctly, they will be able to achieve great results,” he said (via MilanNews).

The attack has been flying high for Milan lately but should be noted that Stefano Pioli’s men have indeed struggled to find the back of the net sometimes. In that sense, therefore, it’s not bad advice.
