Clubs are beginning to express an interest in signing Christian Comotto, but AC Milan have already made their stance clear.
Comotto is undoubtedly one of the most exciting talents around. The teenager is spending the season on loan with Spezia and has made 25 appearances for them in Serie B, and despite the Ligurian club’s struggles he has impressed.
Bologna interested
Comotto has shown he’s ready another step forward, so much so that several teams have reportedly begun eyeing him. According to MilanNews, Bologna are showing strong interest in the 17-year-old, having scouted him for weeks.
In the last round of Serie B, their sporting director Giovanni Sartori even watched him in personal against Sudtirol. Not only that, the Bologna chief has also reportedly already had initial discussions with Comotto’s entourage to test the waters ahead of next summer.
Milan’s position regarding the future of Comotto is clear: the Rossoneri have no intention of losing one of the prized pieces of their youth sector, with Massimiliano Allegri ready to evaluate him in preseason.
From there, the club and the player’s representatives will decide what to do ahead of the 2026-27 season, where he will either be kept in the first team or sent on loan to Serie A to complete this promising development.

Comotto needs minutes in Serie A at a club that reinforces the youth players. That’s certainly not Milan.

Milan should loan out this players to teams that plays football and not a team like Lecce. I would like to see Comotto and Camarda loan to Sassuolo.

The stupidity that is AC Milan! Blindly ignoring their youth talents, letting them go and instead, buying shitty imported players who turn out to be completely useless. Giving the same chance to homegrown players? No no no, that’s unheard of nowadays. Two starting Italian players in the team and barely…all AC Milan can do and does do, is simply live on past glories.
