Warren Bondo and Fikayo Tomori are both expected to remain AC Milan players beyond the summer deadline.
As MilanNews report, Bondo hasn’t reached an agreement with the club regarding a loan. The midfielder wanted to play in France, and Monaco had made strong moves towards him in the last few hours.

In Serie A, Sassuolo had also initiated contact several hours ago, but received no positive response. Therefore, Bondo will still be a Milan player, but with a fairly obvious departure in the future given he is not part of Ruben Amorim’s plans.
Several Turkish clubs are reportedly interested in him, but the matter will be evaluated calmly once the Italian transfer window is closed. Also, the player cannot be loaned abroad because Milan have exhausted the six available slots allowed by FIFA regulations.
Kostic, Athekame, Odogu, Nkunku, Gimenez and now Fofana are all loaned to foreign clubs. At this point, Bondo can only be sold permanently abroad or loaned to Italy, with Sassuolo mentioned yesterday.
As Alfredo Pedullà (via MilanNews) adds, Tomori ‘will certainly not be joining Fulham’. The former Chelsea centre-back was apparently evaluating an offer from the west London club, but too much time has passed and thus he will remain.
Bondo may deserve another shot, but Tomori’s career is effectively over. Congratulations dude. You had a valid move and failed to take it.
Of course, Turkey’s mercato is still open, so Tomori may still have a chance to move there, but I doubt he would take it.
For sure he’ll turn down Turkish league. He believes El clasico sides should be coming for him. Doesn’t realise his true level is mid table EPL, fulham was that side, living in London where hes comfortable.
Ah well. Board will likely use that as the reason we didn’t sign another CB, as Tomori is still on the wage bill.
Hopefully he at least trains diligently and we can use him as a sub should we get an injury crisis

As for the last two seasons it would be difficult to say many players were quality tbh ,managers swapping and changing defenders midfielders etc we have under performed in every dept apart from Mike
Tomori had a few injuries as well
Personally I think k he would be better swap for loftus weak he can run cross tackle ….i would t play him there all the time but it’s an option and that’s just my opinion

The weird thing is that Tomori is actually good in a high press with his recovery speed. I guess I’m perplexed as to why Amorim doesn’t think he can coach Tomori up a bit.

Exactly the team can get that extra 10 15 yards press knocking he has the speed for it ,yes there is the odd mistake in him but that doesn’t not at least warrant a bench place at the least 🤷♂️
Ya after failing to get a cb its only wise to bring tomori back into the team. Hugh press and his speed should suit him but I better never see his hands and reactions over every foul

Tomori would prefer to run down his contract and then have full control of what he does next I suspect. Get a high free agent salary contract in the EPL.
With the 3 CB formation and most of the current depth being young players. There is space to keep using him and he may surprise. He’s effectively playing to impress potential next clubs every time he enters the field.
Hopefully at least one of Bondo or Fofana takes an option in Türkiye.
Again there is need for one of them to be a backup to Musah, if Rabiot continues to be used in the two number 10 roles.
Otherwise Comotto is one of the few who can support Musah’s place. Assuming Modric & Jashari are mostly sharing the other role.

Suspect some of these will have to do shifts in the DM roles as well.

Some of these? Rabiot is the only that can (AND SHOULD) do it.
Incompetent management. They maybe buy overpriced players but can’t sell milan outcast players. Only loan + option to buy. That’s maximum.
Tomori do make silly mistakes when he plays. I like him we can use him as a sub because of his technique

Milan has to many unsellable players. Low quality players , overpaid for them at the moment we transfer them . We must use more the “loan with option to buy” more often. And no more panic buys
We are not a big club anymore. A big club to me is a club who aspire to win the CL trophy not just participate in the competition. We are not a big club because we don’t have the money for that, we don’t generate huge incomes. So, if we are not a big club anymore we must accept and understand we have to sell a player right after they have a good season, if they have. See the case of Leao, Theo, Tomori. Sell them on their peak just like we did with Tonali, Thiaw, Reijnders. Few years we must do this, till we have a new stadium , maybe more incoms , become a highly profitable club, a new ownership capable to put in application a smart and serious project to transform Milan in a big club again.
We are not a strong club but we will always be big. Sleeping giant. Historical club, epic achievements, palmares, legendary players & coaches, beautiful stadium, so many of them have admired (and envied) us, you cannot erase & forget that, it remains for eternity.
