I watched the preview. You guys give Elliot a lot of credit and they deserve that, mainly on the financial end. However, you seem to forget that, despite Milan hitting form under Pioli, Gazidis (backed by Elliot) was negotiating handing all football operations and coaching to Ralf Ragnick. Boban exposed this and there was a lot of public backlash. This arguably saved the project. With that in mind, despite the successes under Elliot I’m inclined to believe Boban that they didn’t always make things easy for the management.
