Besiktas are not content with signing just one AC Milan player this summer as they are now in the frame to buy Alexis Saelemaekers as well, a report claims.
As has been reported by Brospor.com in Turkey (via Milan News), the Turkish club could look to add Alexis Saelemaekers to the squad along with Ante Rebic who recently joined.
Rebic was one of the names near the top of Milan’s list of players that can be sold this summer. Whilst the Rossoneri did not get a very big fee for the Croatian, they were pleased to get him off of the wage bill.
Besiktas have since been back in touch with Milan so that they can discuss a deal for Saelemaekers who is also surplus to requirements with the arrival of new wingers.
It is thought that Milan would be willing to accept an offer of around €8m for Saelemaekers, although may be expected.
Salad should be at least 10 mil. He could still develop to be a fine player. Just fine, I don’t think he would be great though.

8 mil would basically be half his valuation so i deffently wouldnt support a sale at that level.
Saelemaekers isn’t a starter, but he can be valuable off the bench as a defensive minded winger to close out games where Milan has the lead.
He is on a low salary and didn’t cost the club much, so unless a club comes and overpay for him I would keep him.
It’s a different story if the player is pushing to leave for more playing time and a starting role.
we always value our players for their likely accurate worth but this is a new age.. rice goes for 100m, enzo fernandes goes for 100+, hojlund who’s proven nothing for 80m+… in this market salad is worh at least 15m if not closer to 20 as he’s still very young and versatile and kruncic should be 10-15 at least. crazy how we can never sell for good fees. probably explains why we accepted the tonali deal in a heartbeat, first good valuation any player of ours has gotten in a long time.
He would sell for 90 to 115 million if he played in the Premiership instead of Italy and had the same numbers. We sold him for less than he was worth.
A player with his output and set of skills is rare, irreplaceable short term. Leaves huge holes in your squad. Unless your competition weakens as well, that turnover, even if you bring in good players who can do what he can individually, collectively
sets you back more than it helps your team.

Besiktas and Fenerbache have realised that our players who are surplus are good but surplus and therefore very cheap. I’m surprised no other teams have realised this.
he’s 24 tireless adaptive player, he can play as defensive RW or RWB & last season he also play good as Leao deputy in left, if he can adapt to LWB we’ll have good squad player who can covered both flank, hope he stay but if he go atleast for 15m

This management is foolish if they value Alexis at 8mil. Musah that is a bench player at Valencia, we bought him at 20mil why sell Alexis for 8mil. Minimum should be 20mil no discount at all. We should start from 25mil and stop at 20mil minimum. Krunic should also go for 15-20mil, nothing less.
On another note, this team is built for 4231, why Pioli is stubbornly sticking to 433 I don’t understand it yet. I hope he is not planning to bench one of Pulisic and Chukwueze and use them as rotational players. Leao on the left, Pulisic for CAM, Chukwueze RW, Giroud up top. If any of Pulisic or Chukwueze is injured,we can switch to 433. Our full attacking threat should be unleashed at all times. Pioli better act smart and save his job, cos I don’t want him sacked. It won’t be easy him on Milan bench. Those of you bashing him are just ingrates. When you lose him, you will come to know his value but it will be too late by then

You can’t ask 12 mil for Krunic and just 8 mil for Saelemaekers. It should be the other way at least, but we should keep Saelemaekers. He can be very useful during the season.
Saelemaekers could be a good backup for Calabria. But we have Kalulu as well. So i hope we make profit from this deal. If it’s not, keep him as RB backup. Kalulu can cover for CB & LB as well.
