Earlier today, we wrote about the story of David Mora Cvitanic, who travelled all the way from Chile to watch AC Milan in action against Genoa. However, as the game was postponed, he couldn’t fulfil his wish.
Sharing his story on Twitter, the fan immediately received the support of the Milan community, with many asking if they could help in any way. Now, Rossoneri right-back Davide Calabria has joined in on the matter.
“Hi, David. Your story is crazy and deserves a thought on my part, tomorrow I will let you have my autographed shirt. A small gesture that I hope will please you, waiting to have you as a guest at Milanello one day! Forza Milan,” the defender wrote.
Ciao David,
La tua storia è pazzesca e merita un pensiero da parte mia, domani ti farò avere una mia maglia autografata. Un piccolo gesto che spero ti faccia piacere, nell’attesa un giorno di poterti avere ospite a Milanello!
Forza Milan ❤️🖤— Davide Calabria (@davidecalabria2) March 1, 2020
Although David didn’t get to see his beloved team, getting a signed shirt from one of the players is quite the consolation. Hopefully, he will be back in Milan soon to cheer on the team live.
