Watch: Cardinale and Amorim meet for first time at Milanello before posing for photos

AC Milan are officially in their new era and today is the final proof needed of this with Gerry Cardinale and Ruben Amorim at Milanello.

In recent weeks, there has been plenty said about the new direction of Milan and the route forward that they would be taking. With Amorim at the helm now and with decisions going through him and Cardinale, though, it seems we are officially there.

Indeed, the duo will have almost complete control of the club. Of course, there will be input from those around them in the hierarchy. However, they appear to be the leaders for the new direction of the Rossoneri.

Cardinale and Amorim meet

After arriving yesterday, Amorim spoke about the new challenges that he faced and headed to Casa Milan last night, reserving his first day at Milanello for today.

Now, journalists have spotted his arrival at the training ground, where he met with the owner, as Antonio Vitiello captured. The two exchanged an embrace and a few words before coming to the journalists to get a photo.
