Yesterday afternoon, the AC Milan Shareholders’ meeting approved the consolidated financial statements of the club for the 2022-23 season, which closed with a profit of €6.1m.

From the consolidated financial statements published by Milan, Calcio e Finanza report that some other interesting aspects have emerged. One of these concerns the Vismara sports centre, renamed ‘PUMA House of Football’ as part of the new €30m per season agreement signed with the German company.

On 25 July 2023 the surface right was renewed with ‘Opera Diocesana per la preservation e diffusi della fede’ for a period of 10 years – starting from 4 June 2023 and running until 4 June 2033 – without interruption, of the complex located in Via dei Missaglia 117 (the address of Vismara).

Scrolling through the pages of the balance sheet, it is seen that under the item ‘Stadium and machinery’, in the paragraph relating to ‘properties and materials’, almost €167,000 were spent on the redevelopment of the air conditioning system there.

Furthermore, under the item ‘prepaid expenses’ there are ‘other prepaid expenses’ of which there are €5.69m. Of that, €540,000 are for the renovation of Field F of the sports centre and €1.268m are the fee to the Council of Milan.
