AC Milan’s interest in signing Hakim Ziyech from Chelsea cannot be considered completely dead in the water as things stand, a report claims.
PianetaMilan mention a report from The Athletic that claims Chelsea want to thin out their squad in the three weeks until the end of this summer transfer market and Ziyech is among the players who could follow Marcos Alonso, Malang Sarr and Timo Werner out of the exit door.
Milan therefore still have the chance to be able to sign the Moroccan and perhaps with more economically advantageous conditions too, because the Blues would be willing to sell him for €10m. Paolo Maldini could give it some thought provided, however, that two conditions are met.
The first condition is that Chelsea would have open to a sale via a dry loan or on a loan with option to buy, because Milan must channel their remaining economic resources for this summer on a defender and a midfielder.
The second condition is that a player must leave in attack. Brahim Díaz could return to Real Madrid a year early, or Alexis Saelemaekers could be sold, but both solutions seem unlikely at present.
I can understand Milan want to keep Saelemaekers. He might help CDK adapt, especially as he play a part in convincing CDK to come and he is also useful for his defensive attribute. But why is returning Diaz to madrid unlikely?
Even without Diaz, Milan already have many players who can play as AM (CDK, Adli, Krunic, Messias). Even though I don’t think Ziyech is necessary, removing both Diaz and Bakayoko will open more space for new CB and DM.
Because for both players Milan signed a contract with their clubs.
You can’t break a contract unilaterally as you please like this is a game.
Both of them are on a 2 year loan deals and if Milan breaks those deals there Is definitely a penalty that needs to be paid.
Real Madrid and especially Chelsea don’t want Brahim and Bakayoko back
The penalty is probably just Milan doesn’t get back the money already paid for this year loan and might still be paying the salary previously agreed.

i don’t think that defensive attribute justifies his STARTING position at RW. And I would take Ziyech over Messias anyday. Yes that adaptation probably but I guess Origi could do the same. Plus Charles probably speaks French too so our whole squad could help him out. I don’t understand why does Alexis stay in a club like Milan as a right winger. He’s average asf and Ziyech would be a massive upgrade to our RW. yes I will have concerns about his medical conditions too but the quality that Ziyech has far outweighs the injury record. Also I agree Brahim loan should be terminated. Same for Baka if we get a new DM
Alexis won’t be starter this year but he is useful piece for Pioli if he want to change the game approach. Last year Pioli often make excellent subtitution and that was assisted by having players with different characteristic on the same position.
I honestly think Messias is severely underrated. He also perform better at UCL rather than Serie A.
10 mil for Ziyech should be a no brainer
Priority is to use remaining funds to find a replacement for Kessie (Bakayoko leaving) n possibly Romag (Gabbia going on loan to Samp). CDK can be used to cover up on the RW and considering that Messias have been looking sharp in pre season
The DM will be replacement for Bakayoko. 😅
Even if new CB arrive, Milan still need Gabbia.
Opportunity like this won’t knock twice. He was bought 40 mil by Chelsea, still have decent market value. The one who can upgrade or give another color to our game. No to mention about his image value. Don’t think the ‘Kessie replacement’ will have that kind of impact. Hearing many younger players linked with us on that position. Hence it should be easier to get by loan + obligation / option to buy.
But then again, I don’t think Ziyech will come thru. The thing about his salary etc will shut Milan off slowly.
How tf does Ziyech for 10M compare to Brahim or Alexis. Add both of them up and still Ziyech for 10M sounds way better as a deal. We need him for the RW. Charles is no natural RW and should play at CAM which is his natural position. Brahim should be sent back to Real Madrid since It hiS hIs dReAm to SucCeD at RM(as if he even makes the bench there)
Apparently, Milan want 20m for Saelemaekers.
And no one will pay that. MAAAAAYBE if he scores +10 goals this season someone MIGHT pay 20M€ for him next summer but no one’s gonna pay even 10M€ for him now.

He will not come unless we can sell or loan lord saladmaker. Brahim will be return to Real madrid next season and we wont use his buy option but not this season

Saelemaekers is WAY OUT of his depth at Milan. We’ve seen this for 18 months. And don’t give me any of this ” he is young” crap. Been young DOESN’T mean you’ll improve!
Then bring in Ziyech.
Please take Ziyech for 10M and get rid of Diaz!!!!
