Samuel Chukwueze arrived at AC Milan earlier this summer and will be looking to break into the starting XI over the coming weeks. Speaking in a recent interview, he stated that he’s learning Italian.
The winger was signed by the Rossoneri for €20m plus bonuses and so far, he has made three appearances off the bench. He will be looking to make his first start very soon but in the meantime, he’s also learning Italian.
Speaking to Football Fans Tribe, Chukwueze shared a short update on life in Milano and confirmed that he’s currently learning Italian on the orders of Stefano Pioli.
“I already have a teacher for Italian, the coach actually wants it. Gradually I’m trying to adapt to the language,” he stated.
It remains to be seen if Chukwueze or Pulisic will start in the derby against Inter, as the American will return late from international duty. It could be the first opportunity from start for the Nigerian, therefore.
