AC Milan have expected Samuele Chukwueze to depart this summer, but it seems he could stay after rejecting an exit.
There are several players who can leave Milan this summer and Chukwueze was one of those on the list. Indeed, the Nigerian seemed likely to head to Fulham at one point, but they never made his loan deal a permanent switch.

Perhaps expectedly, with him never really assuring them of his price tag, the winger will return to Milanello this month and his long-term future is in doubt, especially after recent talk.
Chukwueze hopes
According to reports from Nigeria, via MilanNews, the winger has rejected an approach from Trabzonspor, who made an offer of €15 million in recent days. As it stands, he has no interest in a move to Turkey.
Instead, he would like to stay at Milanello and earn a chance from Ruben Amorim, who wants to assess everyone within the squad. Indeed, he believes that he could play a part in the Portuguese’s system.
Perhaps on the left of the front three – where the Portuguese head coach is trying to sign Francisco Trincao – Chukwueze could slot in as an alternative to the Sporting winger if he is to arrive.

The left side would be played by a right footer, that’s where Pulisic and Nkunku would be used.
The right side would be occupied by a left footer, that’s where Trincao would be used.
Chucky would have to slot it out with Trincao or whoever is brought in to occupy the right side, Chucky isn’t playing on the left.
I want him out. He, just like Leao can only play on the flanks, asking to do anything else would be like striking water out of a rock, that’s just how they are.
Chuk’s biggest problem is that he doesn’t reliably track back to help on defense.
He’s very lazy in that regard.
His second biggest problem is that he is only one footed, and so is too easy to defend against.
He’s smaller and not as fast as Leao.
I don’t see Amorim being impressed by him
