AC Milan are on the podium in Serie A when it comes to the net creation of chances per 90 minutes on average, a study has revealed.
Calciomercato.com writes how the CIES Football Observatory have drawn up the ranking of chances created and conceded, and Inter lead in Serie A with a ratio of 2.16 chances create to conceded. Inzaghi’s team creates more than anyone else (11.4 chances per game), but also concede far fewer (5.3).
Napoli follow with a ratio of 2.15 of ratio (8.0 created, 3.7 granted) while Milan completes are in third as they create more than the league leaders (8.3), but also concedes more (4.9). Juve are behind with 7.4 created and 4.9 conceded.
Manchester City dominate Europe’s top five leagues with a ratio of 3.28 (8.4 chances created, 2.6 conceded), followed by Bayern Munich, Paris Saint-Germain and surprisingly Everton.
