There was a proud moment for the Seedorf family over the weekend as Denzel made his debut for Milan Primavera.
Giovanni Renna’s side had to settle for a 1-1 draw in the capital against Lazio in the end on Sunday, but they did extend their unbeaten run. Filippo Scotti fired in an equaliser not long after the Biancocelesti had gone a goal up.

In the second half, with around nine minutes to go, there was a landmark moment for 18-year-old midfielder Denzel Seedorf as he came onto the field for his Primavera debut.
A lot has been written about the teenager given his surname, and now it will be interesting to follow his progress after this first cameo.

Two of the greatest ball controllers I’ve ever witnessed in football… Seedorf and Dinho. The way they can bring any ball to a standstill is incredible. Let’s hope for the best for Denzel. If he has at least half the talent as his pops he’ll have a good career
