CM: AC Milan joined by Spurs and Lazio in race to sign star Zenit St. Petersburg forward

By Oliver Fisher -

AC Milan are one of three teams interested in signing Zenit of St. Petersburg striker Artem Dzyuba on a free transfer, a report claims.

The Rossoneri are in the hunt for a new centre-forward amid speculation in the media which suggests Zlatan Ibrahimovic will end his second spell at Milan when his contract expires at the end of the season.

According to what is reported by Calciomercato.com, Zenit big man Dzyuba could be a possible option. In the summer he will be free to sign with a new team as his deal also runs out in June, and with 42 appearances and 24 goals in the national team the 32-year-old would provide some much-needed experience.

This season he has scored 15 goals and provided 12 assists for the Russian Premier League side, and the report claims that competition will arrive from Lazio, who are looking for an alternative to Ciro Immobile after having courted Olivier Giroud for a long time.

In addition, Spurs were linked with a move in January and it cannot be ruled out that they go back in again.
