CM: AC Milan scouts present at Benfica-Shakhtar to observe six players

By Isak Möller -

Although there is still a long way to go of the season, AC Milan are already making their plans for the summer. Following yet another disappointing season (thus far), they will be looking to get it right this time.

To do so, their scouts are working constantly to find the best talents. Europa League is a competition that showcases many of them, and thus the Rossoneri’s representatives were present at Benfica-Shakthar yesterday to observe six players.

In the Ukrainian club, Milan are keeping tabs on the right-winger Dodo and the attacking midfielder Alan Patrick, per Calciomercato.com. Furthermore, Taison is still on their radar after the attempts in the summer, although his age could be a deal-breaker.

As for the hosts, centre-back Ruben Dias and wingers Chiquinho and Rafa Silva were observed during yesterday’s clash. However, Milan didn’t get to see Florentino Luis, who remained on the bench for the entire game.

Out of the six players, three managed to get on the scoresheet, namely Dias, Silva and Patrick. The game eventually ended in a 3-3 draw, as the Ukranian’s equalised late in the second half.
