AC Milan have several players out on loan that they will have to make a decision on in the summer, as highlighted by a report this morning.
The Rossoneri parted ways with a lot of players last summer in order to make room for a revolution, bringing in eleven players to strengthen the team. Not all of them left permanently, though, as the Rossponeri agreed to loan formulas.

Lorenzo Colombo and Alex Jimenez were two of them, but they have already been redeemed by the clubs they joined. Samuel Chukwueze was another and while not redeemed yet, he’s expected to remain at Fulham for next season too.
Three players, three different solutions
As highlighted by Calciomercato.com, there are about six players that will be very interesting to follow this summer, seeing as they will return from loan spells. From Francesco Camarda to Ismael Bennacer and Christian Comotto, there are decisions to make.
Starting with the Camarda, he bagged his first Serie A goal for Lecce in the first half of the season and also impressed with some of his performances. However, due to a shoulder surgery, he has been unavailable basically the whole of 2026 so far.
Another loan spell seems to be on the cards, with his entourage keen on a club like Fiorentina or another mid-table side rather than a struggling one. Maybe Milan can find a spot for him, but as the report says, a new loan is more likely.
Moving on to Yunus Musah, Milan received €4.5m for the loan and they already know that Atalanta won’t trigger the €20m buy-out option. The player would like to convince Massimiliano Allegri to keep him, but the Rossoneri are planning a sale for €16-17m to avoid a capital loss.
Then, also in midfield, we have Ismael Bennacer who will return from the loan at Dinamo Zagreb. He has played 13 games so far and with just one year left on his Milan contract, the idea is to find a new club (permanently) to get rid of his €4m net salary.
Youngsters to develop
In addition to the above, Milan also need to continue the development of some of their low-status youngsters (as opposed to Camarda, I mean). Comotto has impressed massively at Spezia in Serie B and several Serie A clubs are interested, such as Sassuolo, Bologna and Parma.
The Rossoneri have no intention of losing him, though, and could actually include him in the first-team squad next season. Kevin Zeroli is another midfielder who has impressed in Serie B with Juve Stabia and Ignazio Abate, but his next step isn’t as clear-cut.
Finally, Warren Bondo hasn’t impressed as expected during his loan spell at Cremonese and Milan might decide to part ways with him permanently. There are suitors from abroad, so selling him might not be a problem.

I’d like to see the youth players such as camarda, comotto, and zeroli on the senior squad instead of always buying an unproven youngster from a foregin league. It’s important that Milan builds a core of Italian and homegrown talent, like it had in the past.
Nobody paying Bennacer $4 mil. Milan gonna have to subsidize that situation.
Article doesn’t mention what is happening with Fillipo Terracciano. He’s having a good year at Cremonese. I think an automated buy clause will be triggered if they avoid relegation. But relegation is looking more likely that not now.
He’s played most games. Surprisingly as a RCB in a back 3. In that role we could have used him this season for depth this season.
Bondi has also been decent for Cremonese. He’s getting games again under Giampaolo
We need to actually give the youth players a decent run in games against the smaller sides. We’ve seen first hand with Bartesaghi that these guys can prove their worth when given a decent run. Its needs to become a regular effort. Also agree with bringing Terra back, as hes shown to be a decent option in a back 3. He also literally has more goals this season as a CB than out strikers… bring that young Italian core back and give them sometime to gel in the first team
Yeah, he is versatile can be deployed as RB and CB, we better get him back and offload the young German CB Odogu.
Idgfc about benni and samu, they could go somewhere else… But just give a last chance for bondo and musah, if they fail again then they could go too, and yes i agree comotto deserve a place in senior team…
