Milan are looking to bring in a centre-back this transfer session, having focused on the midfield a lot in recent weeks. Although several players have been linked with the club, the search continues for the Rossoneri.
However, this could all change very soon, as a former target has reappeared on Milan’s radar: Kristoffer Ajer. The Celtic star has been linked with the club ever since last summer and now could be the time to make the move.

According to Daniele Longo of Calciomercato.com, the Scottish side has opened to the formula of a paid loan with an option to buy. The same method Milan used to secure the services of Sandro Tonali from Brescia.

The Rossoneri have scheduled a meeting with Ajer’s agency, SEG, which is expected to take place next week. The transfer window will close in two weeks and with the season already underway, a centre-back is needed as soon as possible.
