Charles De Ketelaere was signed by AC Milan ahead of the season for a fee of around €35m. Since then, however, he has struggled to impose himself and his goal drought just hit the one-year mark a few days ago.
366 days ago, as highlighted by Calciomercato.com, De Ketelaere last scored a goal as he converted a tap-in for Club Brugge against Beerschot. It was his 14th and final goal of the season, and one year on the situation is very different.

The Belgian has only managed an assist for Milan and he’s struggling to even get playing time, as Brahim Diaz has been much better this season. His main goal, therefore, is to end the drought and hopefully spark a positive path.
Milan still believe in the player a lot, as they should after spending €35m, and he will certainly get more opportunities. But as the whole team is struggling to perform, it hasn’t made the situation easier for the youngster.
It will soon come, it may be today.
