CM: €25m winger pushing for Milan move but Rossoneri prioritise Tonali and a centre-back

By Oliver Fisher -

Gerard Deulofeu is continuing to push for a return to AC Milan but the club have other priorities at the moment, a report claims.

According to Calciomercato.com, Deulofeu has several offers from LaLiga but is pushing to return to Italy and in particular he is waiting for signals from Milan, while recovering from the cruciate ligament injury he suffered back in February.

Watford – who were relegated to the Championship – have said yes to his sale, but want to make money. They are asking for €25m and Milan currently do not have an important investment in their plans, especially because Brahim Diaz will be arriving from Real Madrid.

The available budget will be used to get to Sandro Tonali from Brescia and a central defender (the latest idea is German Pezzella from Fiorentina), while Deulofeu is not a priority at the moment for the club’s management, the report concludes.
