CM: Getafe agree terms with Milan winger and will present official offer soon – the latest

AC Milan and Getafe are continuing in negotiations over the potential sale of Samu Castillejo, according to a report.

Calciomercato.com reports that Maldini and Massara are also thinking about thinning out the squad in addition to new signings, and after the exits of Hauge and Caldara they are focusing on sealing exits for Conti, Pobega (on loan) and Castillejo.

Manuel Garcia Quilon – the representative of Samuel Castillejo – was in Getafe yesterday to discuss personal terms with the LaLiga club/ The meeting was positive and decisive as the club, player and his entourage have found an agreement. Now, the management of Getafe will proceed to inform Milan and an official offer should arrive soon.

Several teams came forward for Castillejo such as Espanyol, Valencia, Celta Vigo and Real Betis, but he had – up until the interest of Getafe – made it clear he wants to stay at Milan. The Rossoneri asked the other sides for €8-10m to sell but given we are in the final three weeks of the market, Getafe are hoping to seal a deal on more favourable conditions.
