CM: Hauge to Milan is a done deal – medical scheduled for Tuesday

By Isak Möller -

Jens Petter Hauge is closing in on his move to Milan. The latter, as we were first to reveal on Friday morning, are serious in their pursuit of the winger. An agreement has been struck, a report claims.

According to Daniele Longo of Calciomercato.com, the Rossoneri have reached an agreement with Bodo/Glimt for the transfer of Hauge, who is expected to join straight away. The fee of the operation will be €5m.

Milan initially offered €4m but decided to meet the Norwegian side in the middle by going up €1m. Unless anything spectacular happens, as the reporter continues, the medical and the contract signing will take place already tomorrow.

As added by Anto Vitiello, the medical most likely won’t be tomorrow as the Rossoneri now are working on Hauge’s contract.

The 20-year-old, just one week after facing the Rossoneri as an opponent, will now join them. He will most likely come in handy straight away, given Milan’s current situation with injuries, COVID infections and suspensions (Ibra, Rebic for example).
