CM: Hellas Verona star waiting for Milan to make their move as talks are held over double swoop

Hellas Verona star Mattia Zaccagni is waiting for AC Milan to make their move before he decides on his future, a report claims.

The playmaker has scored 5 goals and has racked up 7 assists in 29 appearances with Verona this season, while his technical and tactical skills allowed him to earn the call-up to the national team and has now attracted the interest of several top Italian clubs.

According to Calciomercato.com, Napoli have basically secured Zaccagni for the summer window as their sporting director Cristiano Giuntoli found a draft agreement with Verona on the basis of a €16m fee. Despite this, the signatures on the contracts have not yet arrived because they are focused on securing a top four spot and their coach could change if they don’t get htere.

The 25-year-old meanwhile is hoping that Milan go in for him. The Rossoneri have taken information regarding the attacking midfielder in recent months while holding discussions for Matteo Lovato. The interest is there but it has not yet resulted in a real negotiation, while Zaccagni dreams of wearing the Rossoneri shirt.
