Against the odds, Zlatan Ibrahimovic has recovered in time for Milan’s encounter with Torino this evening. Along with Hakan Calhanoglu, who was also at risk, he has been included on the 24-man squad list.
The Swede sustained an injury back in November and has missed eleven games since. It’s certainly a big boost for Milan, who have struggled to replace the 39-year-old’s characteristics, although they have still performed well.
According to Daniele Longo, Ibrahimovic is even expected to play from the first minute, despite just about recovering from his injury. There have been no other confirmations on this, but it’s safe to say it could be a risky move.

The last thing that the Rossoneri want is another injury for their big star. On the other hand, if Ibrahimovic feels that he is ready, then he probably is. The game is scheduled for 20:45 CET and it will be crucial for Milan to bounce back with a win.
