CM: Inter in pole position for duo as mercato derby with Milan continues

By Isak Möller -

The Derby Della Madonnina will take place in less than five hours and it should be a very exciting game. In the meantime, the mercato derby between AC Milan and Inter continues ahead of the summer.

Every transfer window there is almost always at least one player that Milan and Inter are both seriously interested in. Bremer has been that player in the last few months but Gianluca Scamacca has also been mentioned.

According to Calciomercato.com, Inter are in pole position for both. Talks are ongoing with the entourage of Bremer and the price tag is €25-30m. Milan also have him at the top of their list but Sven Botman appears to be the priority.

As for Scamacca, Milan can almost be ruled out right now as Inter are discussing a package deal with Sassuolo, also involving Davide Frattesi. The final price tag of that operation is expected to be around €60m, which is an amount the Rossoneri cannot invest.

  1. We suck. We will lose Scamacca, we probably won’t even get Belotti on a free. We’ll say that Lazetic is good enough. Great stuff, always behind our opponents and we will hide behind our new “philosophy” as if we’re holier-than-thou and doing things the “right way” all while losing 4 top talents for free over the past 2 years… i can’t remember another top team ever losing players like this. Seriously name me one in recent times with this many top free transfers leaving their club….
