AC Milan are one of a number of top European clubs interested in signing Sao Paulo striker Brenner, according to a report.
As Calciomercato.it note, the striker has had a fantastic season so far having netted 15 goals (and three assists) in 25 appearances this season, averaging a goal every 94 minutes.
This has attracted the attention of several European clubs, and the player could also get hold of a European passport, because of his heritage, which is a further boost for the teams that are taking a look at him.
AC Milan are one of the sides mentioned in the report as being interested in the 20-year-old, which is perhaps to be expected given Elliott Management’s decision to focus on talented young players.
However, the source adds that Arsenal, Ajax, Juventus, Lazio and PSG are all also keen, with the latter having been following him for some time now.
Brenner is under contract with Sao Paulo until 2022, and the player has a release clause for clubs abroad equal to about €50million, but that is simply there for protection and his departure next summer could happen for a lower fee.
