CM: The latest on Ibrahimovic’s knee recovery – he remains confident

By Isak Möller -

Zlatan Ibrahimovic has been out since the start of the summer after opting for knee surgery to fix his injury struggles. The Swede is eager to return and still feels he can make a difference, a report claims.

The striker is no longer young, having turned 41 earlier this month, and the intense playing for many years is starting to take a toll on his body. However, he’s working hard to recover from the knee surgery and he could be back at the start of 2023.

As reported by Calciomercato.com, Ibrahimovic is confident that the remainder of the recovery process will be as planned. He wants to be back at the start of 2023 and he feels he can make a big difference for Milan still, after the second star.

Then, once he decides to retire, there will be the option of taking on a managerial role perhaps at Milan. He’s a true icon of the club and everyone knows how important he has been since he returned in January of 2020.
