AC Milan are looking to bolster their squad with a right-winger this summer and several players have been linked with the club, including Christian Pulisic. However, the competition is piling up for the American’s signature.
Brahim Diaz has returned to Real Madrid and the Rossoneri are also expected to part ways with Junior Messias this summer. Therefore, they will need a player for the right flank and Christian Pulisic has been mentioned as a target.
According to Calciomercato.com, Milan have had many meetings with Chelsea as of late to discuss various players. Pulisic has been brought up and he’s a player that both Giorgio Furlkani and Geoffrey Moncada appreciate, but the competition is fierce.
Chelsea could settle for around €20m for the American international, per the report, but Juventus are also interested and Lyon have just joined the race.
Milan have not fully decided their No.1 target for the right flank, with Arda Guler and Samule Chukwueze also on their list, and thus might have to move faster to lock down Pulisic. The next week or so could be decisive to understand the situation.
If he is the 2nd winger that Milan will sign ok, he can be a backup for both wings and will be healthy for just about that.
I genuinely think that he would want to play as starting eleven to move. Especially if he need to take a pay cut.
If he is only a backup then it’s not different with his current situation, he played 30 matches last season at Chelsea but only register around 1000 minutes.
Yeah because he was bad. He is a bench player if he wants to play in a big club. If not he should join Torino, Fiorentina, Sassuollo, Real Sociedad, Lille or a similar club. He can’t be a starter at a top club because he isn’t there for over half of the season. He is either injured or depressed.
I do laugh when I read that Furlani likes a player.

True, it is an equivalent if the club appointed everyone who comments here as the scouting team. You know, you would try your best but you just don’t have the knowledge, experience or networking to do it on that level…
Maybe he likes him for his potential marketing value? Helps in breaking into the American market.
