Manchester United have asked Rafael Leao’s entourage for information on a potential move from AC Milan this summer, according to a report.
It’s been a season filled with ups and downs for Leao. Despite having ten goals to his name, most would agree that it hasn’t been top-notch stuff from the No.10 who, once again, has mainly struggled with finding consistency.

He provided a crucial assist in the most recent game against Verona, but in the game against Udinese before that, he struggled massively. It’s one of several performances that have led Milan to question whether they should renew his contract or agree to a sale in the summer.
Man Utd to accelerate?
According to Calciomercato.com, although a sale is no longer impossible, it’s not like Milan have put their star on the market. A discount could perhaps be agreed to, but we wouldn’t be looking at a bargain price as the Rossoneri want over €50m.
The super-agent Jorge Mendes is working to bring Leao to Barcelona, having received the approval of president Joan Laporta, but most of the directors within the club aren’t as keen on the deal. In other words, that interest could soon die completely.
Manchester United, meanwhile, have asked for information from Leao’s entourage just in the last few days. The Old Trafford side are closing in on a return to the Champions League and would thus have the funds, as the report concludes.

Selling Leao would be a huge mistake
The club constantly makes huge mistakes
To who????? Yall need to grow up and move on from this delusion that Leoa will ever be world class. Hes one of the most inconsistent and lazy players you’ll see. But yall continue to ride him because of youtube highlight reels, thinking one day hes gonna just magically start doing that consistently. He won’t. The guy is literally just a slightly worse version of Hatem Ben Arfa. If you can get anywhere near 60+ million for him you take it. Hes held this team back all season
He’s a former Serie A MVP in a very poor environment with new sporting direction, new coach, new schemes and new team every six months, playing almost every game when not injured because the roster is made of 20 players at most, half of them being low cost low talent. He loves the club, he stayed despite not playing for trophies or European competitions. “He’s held this team back all season” is the new “Théo undermined the team all year”. New season, new scapegoat.
Apparently everyone in Europe also made a mistake not signing Theo, thats why he had to go and play on another continent. Leao should follow him there and he can tell them about being a FORMER serie A MVP
Théo played extremely well and will be a starter for one of the best teams at the World Cup. Most of the staff and players from the Scudetto winning team and UCL semifinals team are gone and Milan is steadily a massive joke every season. All hail Jerry and his clowns.
Are you sure he will be a starter at the world cup?
Why did he have to go to another continent to play football if he played extremely well?
BTW most of the players that were on the team when Milan won the scudetto and got to the semi final of the UCL are either retired, play in mediocre leagues or play on a bottom 3rd of the table teams.
Theo and Kessie play in Asia.
Castillejo plays in Malaysia.
Kjaer is retired.
Giroud is semi retired.
Rebic and Bennacer play in the Croatian league.
Krunic plays in the Serbian league.
Calabria plays in the Greek league.
Tonali and Thiaw play for a team that is 14th in the EPL.
Ballo Toure is back in France.
The great Divock Origi is without a club. Shocker.
The only players from that period that are on proper teams are Kalulu at Juventus and Brahim Diaz at Real Madrid.
These are the players you cry after? Lol
I forgot capitano Romagnoli at Lazio. Now I wished they kept him.
I’m French but I’m not the NT coach. He’s expected to be the starter, yes, as he’s been for years.
Now you have your own storytelling and I have mine. The former management was obsessed with football ambition and human values. The current management is obsessed with budget and trading, replacing starters with cheap minor leagues no names. It’s easy to conclude which recipe worked and which one is a major liability. Get ready for another revolution this summer.
What happened to you crying for most of the players and staff from the scudetto season and ucl semi final? You changed the subject.
Speaking of the staff, Maldini unemployed, Pioli unemployed after leading Fiorentina in the relegation zone, while Massara about to be fired from Roma after he got fired from whatever club he worked at France.
These are the people you wanted Milan to keep?
I wasted time on here for the past years trying to convince people like you with specious arguments that Milan is a beleaguered football club under this haphazard ownership. I’ve been proven right every season.
To sum up, Maldini, Massara, Pioli and their players elevated the team from a very bad situation to a domestic title and UCL semifinals. Fact. The current management destroyed everything they’ve built to bring the ominous mess we have for several seasons now. Another fact. This is the magic of Wall Street’s extractive business models. There is absolutely zero incentive being a Milan fan since this management took over.
100%. to sell him cheap and get whom? 3 bums, who will most likely not pan out? how much money did these clowns burned last few years? and how many players worked out? do u trust this management to replace leao?
He is too good for Milan he need to leave
ManUtd offer to Milan a straight swap Rashford for Leao. Our overrated winger for yours.
Yeah, he will be at Milan next season. Cool story though
I believe the best formation for this Milan team is a double pivot one and not the single as Allegri is a very rigid and inflexible manager and this had always been my fear ever since he arrived.
Throwback to Allegri’s first stint at Milan he froze Pirlo out who later became the cornerstone for Juventus dominance whom he later enjoyed managing later at Juventus. The problem is Allegri seem arrogant to me based on the premise that if he could just put his ego aside and just merge his two favourite formations (352 and 433) into one in 343 Milan attack wouldn’t this blunt while the defence still covered.
