AC Milan and Inter are still in the race to sign Davide Frattesi from Sassuolo but are currently behind a Serie A rival, according to a report.
Calciomercato.com begin a report on Frattesi by stating that it is no secret Roma want the Italian midfielder and have done for some time. Neither of the parties has ever hidden it and while there are obstacles currently in the way to get everything agreed, there is a good chance that a move away from Sassuolo is not far off.
There is competition for the Giallorossi to contend with though as Inter and Milan are both keen on the 23-year-old – even if they are operating in the background for now – while the high asking price of the Neroverdi complicates things a bit more.
Roma director Tiago Pinto believes he has a couple of cards to play in his favour to finally convince Sassuolo, while the Rossoneri wait for developments.
Linking Milan with expensive players is like predicting 30 degress temputure in january. You now its never gonna happen.
