CM: Milan and Real Madrid to discuss right-back next week – formula gets green light

By Isak Möller -

Alvaro Odriozola is a concrete option for Milan when it comes to reinforcing the right-back position. Diogo Dalot has returned to Man Utd and the negotiations to bring him back have hit a stalemate, prompting the Rossoneri to act.

According to Calciomercato.com, Milan are keeping their eyes on the right-back, who could arrive on a beneficial formula. In fact, Real Madrid are willing to let him leave on a loan this summer.

New contacts are expected between the clubs next week to discuss the cost of the operation, as a buy-out clause might be included. Dalot is still the primary target for the Rossoneri, but they need to be prepared on the market.

Odriozola has a lot of experience and at the age of 25, he will not only be an addition for the present but also for the future, should Milan decide to sign him. Next week, there should be more updates on the matter.
