AC Milan are looking for a player who can rotate with Hakan Calhanoglu as a playmaker and they have three names in mind, a report claims.
According to Calciomercato.com, one name on the list is Real Madrid’s Oscar Rodriguez, a player who spent last season on loan at Leganes where he amassed nine goals in 30 league appearances.
He has a long list of admirers and possibly a bright future in the national team too, and Milan believe he is a valid alternative to Calhanoglu, but can also play on the right of the 4-2-3-1 used by Stefano Pioli.
Unlike Aleksey Miranchuk of Lokomotiv Moscow or Rodrigo de Paul of Udinese – two of the other targets in mind – Oscar Rodriguez would represent a less demanding investment from an economic point of view.
It is believed that Real Madrid will demand closer to €20m than €15m for the youngster, and they want to reserve a right to buy the player back in the future, two obstacles that AC Milan will have to take into account.
Pioli is to push to sing a striker & right winger.
Omur and Rodriguez, please!
