AC Milan have Lille winger Jonathan Ikone under special observation ahead of the summer window, according to a report.
Calciomercato.com reported recently how Milan and Inter are ready to compete for Ikoné, a 22-year-old winger who has been very impressive at Lille, with whom he is under contract until 2023 and has gathered a market value of €30m.
They added how Ikone is part of Elliott Management’s vision for the Rossoneri in terms of being a young player with potential, and it helps that he is naturally a right winger in a 4-2-3-1, but can also play on the opposite side which will make him an ideal reinforcement for Pioli.
Now, a report from the same source claims that Milan are continuing to make moves on the market in search of the best opportunities to improve Stefano Pioli’s squad ahead of a potential return to the Champions League.
The report states that one player the management have under observation is indeed Ikone, a player that Milan faced in the group stages of the Europa League and he was one of the best on the pitch in both games.
