CM: Milan could cash in €30m from departure of talented duo – the latest

There are some players that will arrive at Milan this summer, but there are also some that will leave the club. With regards to the latter category, Jens Petter Hauge and Tommaso Pobega both have an uncertain future.

According to Daniele Longo of Calciomercato.com, the Rossoneri could decide to sell the duo this summer as they would collect a total of €30m from it. Having already spent €43m on Mike Maignan and Fikayo Tomori, they could use it.

They can certainly cover the fees of those two, but they are planning to make at least five more signings: left-back, a midfielder, a right-winger, a playmaker and a striker. Therefore, the €30m could really come in handy.

Pobega grew up in the club and would generate a full capital gain. Paolo Maldini expects to get €15m from his exit and Atalanta are very interested, ready to place an offer already in the next few hours.

It remains to be seen if Milan will include a buy-back clause or a % on a future resale. The remaining €15m could come from Hauge, who is ready to say goodbye to the club with multiple suitors in Germany.

Eintracht Frankfurt are working hard to overtake Wolfsburg in the race and it would be a permanent move for the Norwegian winger. You can say what you want about the sales, but the €30m could be re-invested well on the market.
