Tiemoue Bakayoko is closing in on a return to Serie A and more specifically AC Milan. The Rossoneri are keen on reinforcing the midfielder and are in advanced talks with Chelsea, as per the latest reports.
According to Calciomercato.com, Milan had more contacts with the English side to work on the operation. It seems they have opened to the formula of a loan with an option to buy, which is exactly what the Rossoneri want.
Milan’s latest offer is a €1.5m loan with an option to buy at €7-8m, which would bring the final amount to almost €10m. In other words, it’s an operation that would be very similar to the one that brought Soualiho Meite to the club in January.
There is great optimism that an agreement can be reached and that it can all be concluded by Monday, per the report. In addition to Alessandro Florenzi, therefore, the Frenchman could arrive.
