CM: Milan sense discounts and schedule meeting with Chelsea to discuss duo

AC Milan are currently making plans for the summer window and one of the talks they will speak to soon is Chelsea. Given the many signings made by the Stamford Bridge side, some are bound to leave the club.

Milan have previously expressed their interest in Ruben Loftus-Cheek and Christian Pulisic, and that’s exactly the two players they will discuss with Chelsea. According to Calciomercato.com, a meeting has been scheduled for the coming weeks.

Paolo Maldini and Ricky Massara want to understand what the future of the duo is and under what conditions they can leave Chelsea. Loftus-Cheek has a price tag of around €30m while Pulisic could leave for less, given that his contract expires in 2024.

It remains to be seen what kind of budget Maldini and Massara will be working with in the summer. Gerry Cardinale, the owner of the club, is keen on limiting the spending and thus keeping the accounts in check, but some investment might be needed.
