CM: Milan lead race for Eintracht Frankfurt star and reach verbal agreement

By Oliver Fisher -

While the fall-out continues after AC Milan’s latest defeat against Spezia, it seems things are moving ahead of the summer transfer window.

According to Calciomercato.com, Daichi Kamada is more than an idea for Milan and the Rossoneri management are continuing contacts with the entourage of the Japanese attacking midfielder, who will leave Eintracht Frankfurt on a free transfer.

There have been steps forward too as a verbal agreement has been reached over a contract worth €3m net per season, which puts Milan in pole position to land the 26-year-old.

He is a profile that Ricky Massara wants above all but he is also appreciated by Paolo Maldini, and from an economic point of view there are no obstacles, but there are reflections being made regarding the department.

The future of Brahim Diaz must be deciphered because he has the possibility of returning to Real Madrid at the end of the season. Both are attacking midfielders, while for the Spaniard a major investment is needed in order to sign him permanently.

Milan have competition to sign Kamada with Napoli, Borussia Dortmund, Benfica, Newcastle United and Atletico Madrid all keen. However, the player wants to wear the Milan shirt and this gives them the advantage.

  1. If he reach numbers in next season like Diaz in this one, then, this move is like winning full house in poker.

Free, not so big salary, we can forget about Diaz and stick with De Ketelaere.

    1. Yes plus he is Asian as some people pointed out in previous posts it will help with the Asian market and I also think he will be good since he’s mature and like brahim but more tall and strong
Good signing maybe we can undo what was done in this summer Mercato and he’s better than aour probably

  2. Sign Kamada, and if there is still chance, hijack Roma’s deal with Aouar. We need as many skilled midfielders as we can get, since we don’t have any.
It’s time for Brahim to go. He had 3 years to prove and improve, and he failed.

  3. It’s not a secret or a rumour. Brazil is the heart of football even if football was made in Germany. It is because of Pato, Robinho, Ronaldinho and Kaka that AC Milan was AC Milan those days. If Maldini can change his mentality of sticking to Europe and bring in play makers and strikers from Brazilian or Argentine leagues. Then believe it or not AC Milan will be twice Mancity next season.

  4. Good for japan market. If AC Milan really serious sign this kamada better let brahim back to Real Madrid . Next sign kamada teammate ndicka free transfer too and sell tomori or kalulu to highest bid in summer

  5. 3m / season nett for free not have to negotiate with others club. Catch this player bro, will save your ass, milan money and your job at Milan bro…

  6. Kamada is a brilliant player and will add quality and depth to the team with his addition, however Milan fans don’t even appreciate what Diaz has done for the club, he came at the right time and took his chances wisely, he is technical and very good in dribbling and far better than anyone who holds the CAM spot currently, u will not know that till he goes to another team and then u will know what he has so let’s keep him because he is a bargain for us.

  7. I hope Milan can get Kamada. Very talented player and good for bussiness. And then, get Brazilian right winger,Angelo Gabriel, and Argentinian left winger Gianluca Prestianni from Velez.
