CM: Milan have a plan for Pobega but set an asking price amid interest from Germany

By Oliver Fisher -

AC Milan have a plan for Tommaso Pobega after his loan at Spezia is up, a report claims, while he is attracting interest from abroad.

According to Calciomercato.com, Pobega dreams of wearing the Rossoneri shirt and that is looking more and more like a realistic possibility. He has three goals and two assists in 14 games out on loan with Spezia and is showing himself to be a complete midfielder, good both in the defensive phase as well as going forward.

Paolo Maldini has always observed his development, and while Spezia have an option to buy Milan have a buy-back clause too which will be exercised if necessary. Therefore, at the end of the season the 21-year-old will return to Milanello.

Milan’s idea is clear: they want Pobega to grow in the right conditions and the fact they renewed his contract until 2025 shows that, but he is attracting a lot of attention, including that of Eintracht Frankfurt.

The management value him at over €10million and that will be the minimum amount to start any negotiations. The future of Pobega therefore seems to be at Milan.

  1. Perfect back up to Kessie. After missing out on Koné, we definitely should keep Poegba and not pick up option on Miete who has so far not impressed. Pessina would be nice too. Benacer, Kessie with Tonali, Poegba and Pessina is solid. Sell Krunic to raise $$ as he doesn’t fit.

  2. Meite haven’t impressed? I don’t know the milan you are watching but if anyone will leave milan in that midfeild, it’s either tonali or krunic

  3. WHY IS MILAN NOT FEATURING HUAGE? THE BOY IS GOOD…..HE DESERVE TO BE PLAYING! TOLANI IS NOT GOOD ENOUGH FOR MILAN…..HE SHOULD BE LOANED OUT!
