CM: Milan, Juventus, Inter and Roma remain in Frattesi race – the latest

AC Milan remain in the running to sign Davide Frattesi from Sassuolo but they face strong competition, according to a report.

According to the latest from Calciomercato.com, it is Juventus, Milan, Inter and Roma that are lined up and ready to do battle for Frattesi this summer, and each start from a slightly different position.

Inter have made it known that they do not want to participate in auctions because Frattesi wants to play in a three-man midfield and seems to have given his word.

The idea was to present an offer immediately with the sale by Marcelo Brozovic but the Croatian doesn’t want to go to Saudi Arabia. Now the Nerazzurri must first sell Onana and then they will think about a concrete move.

Juve and Milan are focused on other targets at the moment, but they remain in open dialogues. The Bianconeri and Rossoneri are maintaining a stance of patience and could move concretely under certain conditions.

Roma meanwhile are also waiting on some outgoings and then they will pay the €30m needed to sign him, considering they have a 30% resale clause that practically acts as a discount. Frattesi has Roma in his heart and for at least two years too, and the Giallorossi could emerge and win the race.
