CM: Milan likely to close signing and loan out young midfielder with three clubs interested

AC Milan are closing in on a signing for their midfield and it could see them loan Tommaso Pobega out, according to a report.

As Calciomercato.com reports, Milan are currently sat at several negotiating tables, one of which is with Bordeaux for Yacine Adli. It is now only a matter of time until the 21-year-old arrives as the deal is getting closer and closer to completion, with the Rossoneri finalising the details with the player’s agent and then they will be able to start evaluating the future of Pobega as well.

The 22-year-old midfielder has received many requests from both Italy and abroad, asking for a few days to reflect, while Milan have made it clear that they have no intention of losing control over Pobega by selling him or including an obligation or option to buy in a loan operation.

This is why the scenario that is gaining momentum is that of a dry loan, and Milan have an agreement in principle with Cagliari but Sampdoria and Udinese are still in the running. The feeling is that once the deal for Adli is definitively closed, Pobega’s final decision will also come.
