CM: Milan could use money from potential De Ketelaere sale to sign promising striker

By Euan Burns -

Money from a possible sale of Charles De Ketelaere could be used by AC Milan to sign a young striker to bring more depth, a report claims.

As has been reported by Calciomercato.com, Alejo Veliz is a striker that the Rossoneri could make a definitive move for if the funds are to be opened up by selling De Ketelaere.

There is interest in De Ketelaere from a number of clubs but the most serious seems to be Real Sociedad right now, who need to find a replacement for David Silva.

Milan are not necessarily in desperate need to sign Velez from Rosario right now given they have brought Noah Okafor in and Lorenzo Colombo is still at the club, but should the right sales happen, they may opt to secure him straight away.

Plenty of other teams want to sign the 19-year-old Argentine, so there may be a need to act quickly rather than wait till January.

  1. Talk about selling CDK so you can buy other players.
    I laugh more every time.
But he doesn’t want to leave, and if he says no then there’s nothing the club can do about it.
    What’s more, give him time.
Theo, Tonali, Leao, Bennacer and others don’t explode after their first year!

  2. Sign this veliz before other europe club grab him . He is almost similar like giroud playstyle ( strong in aerial duel )
