AC Milan are near to bottom of the Serie A table based on the match ratings for the new summer signings, according to a report.

Milan had a productive window over the summer, bringing in a number of talented young players such as Sandro Tonali, Jens Petter Hauge, Brahim Diaz and Diogo Dalot.

Calciomercato.com have compiled a ranking of all 20 Serie A clubs based on the average of the match player ratings that they have given to the summer recruits of each team.

Napoli are in first place thanks to Tiemoue Bakayoko and Victor Osimhen who have settled in well, while Fiorentina are in 20th despite the good performances of Amrabat .

Napoli bought as well as Roma with Pedro who quickly entered the new football dimension. The new players from Emilia, Parma and Sassuolo, as well as those of Atalanta thanks to Lammers and also to Aleksey Miranchuk who made his debut in Serie A scoring the equalizer against Inter.

Milan’s signings have scored an average of 5.72 which is just above Hellas Verona in 18th and just below Lazio (5.73) in 16th. The outlet says that Sandro Tonali’s poor performances are to blame for dragging the Rossoneri’s score down, but we can’t help but think that Ciprian Tatarusanu’s debut didn’t help.

Inter are in 9th with a 6.01 out of 10, with Juventus in 7th thanks to Alvaro Morata (6.18) and Sampdoria, Parma and Roma joining Napoli in the top four.
