CM: Milan or Juventus most likely to land €25m-rated Sassuolo forward – the situation

AC Milan and Juventus are both monitoring the development of striker Gianluca Scamacca, who could reportedly become an option this summer.

As Calciomercato.com writes, Scamacca has scored two goals in his last two outings with Genoa, where he is on loan from Sassuolo at the moment. Not only that, but Roberto Mancini has included him in the preliminary Italy squad for Euro 2020 and this summer promises to be an interesting one for the 22-year-old.

Despite having played just two half games against Spezia and Lazio, the Rome-born centre-forward still managed to be decisive, scoring on both occasions and helping Genoa in their fight for survival.

His future will depend on Sassuolo and will become clearer in a few weeks, as the Neroverdi want €25m from his sale, a figure that is beyond Genoa and certainly pushes him closer to the great clubs of the north – Juve and Milan above all.
