CM: Milan reach agreement with Saint-Etienne talent over multi-year deal

By Oliver Fisher -

AC Milan appear to have secured the signing of goalkeeper Noah Raveyre on a free transfer, according to reports from one journalist.

As Daniele Longo reports for Calciomercato.com, Milan have been after Raveyre for almost a year with Ricky Massara in particular leading the attempts to convince him to start a new chapter of his young career in Italy.

The charm offensive seems to have worked, because Milan have secured the talented French goalkeeper – who is 17 years of age – on a pre-contract ahead of the summer window.

Despite his age, Raveyre has already made his debut with the first team and is considered one of the best young players in French football.

In recent days, Milan intensified contacts with the player’s representatives, reaching an agreement in principle in view of next season. Raveyre will sign a multi-year contract and will join the Rossoneri on a free transfer from Saint-Etienne.

  1. Do you put this down to Magic Mike?

Imagine being a young keeper and going to the club of your countryman who is also probably the best in the world.

I’m all for aggressive use of the Primavera to build a long term squad.

  2. They can buying all they’re want Pioli not use none of them, I can remember ACM brought a young goalkeeper from Equator and one from Atlanta

  3. Use him in primavera 1 years for adaptation with italy culture & languange. Good signing for second GK incase if maignan injury again
