CM: Milan-Salernitana axis brewing ahead of the summer – the three names discussed

A rather interesting axis is developing between AC Milan and Salernitana in view of the summer transfer window, a report claims.

According to a report from Calciomercato.com, the excellent relations between the two sporting directors Ricky Massara and Morgan De Sanctis means that Milan and Salernitana have been talking for several weeks about ideas for the upcoming mercato.

Salernitana, as already reported in recent weeks, are very interested in two young Milan players: playmaker Yacine Adli and striker Lorenzo Colombo, the latter of whom is currently on loan at Lecce.

In order to try and get a preferential lane, De Sanctic brought forward the name of Pasquale Mazzocchi. The 27-year-old can play both on the right and on the left side of the defence, and this flexibility is appreciated by the Rossoneri who are looking for a deputy to Theo Hernandez.

The full-back would be an interesting solution not only from a characteristic standpoint but also because he came through an Italian academy and is therefore useful for the UEFA squad list. There will be more talks in the coming weeks.
