CM: Milan schedule meeting with agents of Roback – the latest on his future

By Isak Möller -

Last summer, AC Milan signed 18-year-old Emil Roback from Swedish side Hammarby, a club which Zlatan Ibrahimovic co-owns. The Rossoneri have now scheduled a meeting to discuss the future of the striker.

The transfer cost around €1.5m and thus far, Roback has made 26 appearances for the Primavera side. He has four goals and one assist to his name, which isn’t bad but he has also lacked playing time lately.

As reported by Calciomercato.com, via their correspondent Daniele Longo, Milan want to keep Roback in the club because they know his potential. However, due to the lack of playing time, a meeting has been scheduled.

The Rossoneri management will meet the player’s agent next week to discuss the matter and it remains to be seen what the outcome of the meeting will be. At his age, Roback needs to play with continuity and he has lacked that thus far.
