CM: Milan set clear stance on future of defender after agent hit out in the media

AC Milan are ready to sell defender Mateo Musacchio this summer if an offer arrives that matches their valuation, according to a report.

Musacchio’s game time at Milan has decreased over the last few months as he has fallen down the pecking order, and the player’s agent recently gave a lengthy interview with MilanNews during which he expressed frustration at the Rossoneri’s treatment of his client.

Our mercato expert Vito Angele told us earlier in the month that Sevilla and Valencia are keen on Musacchio, who will be allowed to leave if Simon Kjaer is redeemed, with Milan valuing the 29-year-old at around €6million.

According to Calciomercato.com, the Rossoneri have made up their mind regarding the future of the former Villarreal man.

Given that Alessio Romagnoli seems set to renew and with Matteo Gabbia, Leo Duarte and possibly Kjaer in the ranks, Musacchio will be allowed to depart if the right offer arrives.
