AC Milan are closing in on making yet another signing for the Primavera team as Fredrik Nissen’s medical is imminent, a report claims.
According to Radio Rossonera, Nissen will sign from Brommapojkarna and should undergo his medical tomorrow. After the signings of Skoczylas, Alex Jimenez, Raveyre and Simmelhack, another talent is arriving.
Daniele Longo reports: “Medical examinations underway for Fredrik Nissen, defender born in 2005. He will be a reinforcement for the Milan Primavera team.”
Milan have agreed a deal to sign him from one of the best Swedish youth sectors, one that saw Dejan Kulusevski come through the ranks among others.
The 18-year-old centre-back stands at 1.89m tall and he has already made his senior debut in the top flight. It is an important reinforcement that adds to a department that will probably have to do without Davide Bartesaghi this season, given his promotion to the first team.
At the age of just 17, he made his debut for the club that raised him in the Superettan – the Swedish second flight – playing as a starter in October of that year against Ostersund.
Brommapjkarna decided to send him on loan to Ettanfotbol – the Swedish third flight – and then in April 2023 he made his debut in Allsvenskan.
In the current season (in Sweden the season starts in April and ends in November of the same year) he has 10 overall appearances for a total of 180 minutes.
At home there has already been a lot of talk about Fredkik Nissen, above all because of his performances at the U17 European Championship where he was captain.
Right-footed and physically strong, he is regarded as having good technique and passing that mean he can play in front of the defence if necessary, but he is also good in both iground and aerial duels.
Where he must improve is that he sometimes struggles when he faces forwards who are fast over short distances and skilled in changes of direction, because of his size.
Hurrah! Another youngster who’ll never make it anywhere near the first team.
Thanks for the optimism bro

‘Nissen’ hahahah that means “gnome” in Swedish LOL
Superettan – the Danish second flight – not correct as its the swedish 2nd flight.
Also he is currently on loan at Täby FK untill november 30th who plays in the 3rd best league in the swedish league system.
Superettan is not Danish second flight, but Swedish second flight.
Welcome, may lord Abate bless u with knowledge and skills throughout the years in Milan
