AC Milan are looking for a ‘dream’ midfield signing between now and the end of August, according to a report.
The Rossoneri have already welcomed the additions of both Rade Krunic and the soon-to-be-announced Ismael Bennacer, but speculation persists that Marco Giampaolo is not happy with his current crop of midfielders.
Dennis Praet’s name has been mentioned a lot recently, while links with Real Madrid’s Luka Modric have cooled down despite reports the player wants a move to Milan.
According to a report from Calciomercato.com, Paolo Maldini, Ricky Massara and the rest of the leadership want to give Giampaolo one dream signing in midfield.
They claim that Zvonomir Boban has already held initial talks for Modric – while Praet, Rodrigo De Paul and Slobodan Lobotka from Celta Vigo make up the rest of the list.
However, selling Franck Kessie along with Andre Silva and Suso will be necessary in order to raise sufficient funds.
