CM: ‘Only just begun’ – the status of Milan’s Rabiot pursuit amid Premier League ‘probing’

The Adrien Rabiot could be the saga of the summer, and AC Milan are hoping to be the ones to profit from it. However, the road to the Frenchman will not be easy, and the process has ‘only just begun’ according to a report.

It seems like every summer in recent memory Rabiot has been linked with a move away from Juventus, but this summer, it has happened, with the Frenchman leaving the Old Lady yesterday after five years at the club.

Whilst the decision was not an easy one for the Turin side, their hand was forced, with the midfielder refusing to sign a new deal at the club, so now, he will decide his next destination.

Currently, he is on holiday, and before he headed on his travels a report suggested that a decision would be made between two clubs, but a report from today has suggested it may not be this simple.

As Calciomercato.com writes, his mother, and agent, is probing the English market and is in contact with Liverpool, Manchester United, and Arsenal, but interest from Italy also exists. However, the Champions League is a must for the Frenchman, and after Geoffrey Moncada explained the project, there is hope for Milan.

Rabiot previously asked for time to consider his options, and this is still the case, leading the outlet to suggest this is just the start of the process. For the Rossoneri, they will hope the process ends shortly, with themselves being the ones to unveil the player, but it remains to be seen.
