The outgoing market of AC Milan is in full swing as the Rossoneri are working on several departures, including that of Diego Laxalt. In fact, Parma have entered talks for the player.
The meeting between the parties took place yesterday and in addition to Laxalt, Strinic was also discussed. However, as reported by Calciomercato.com, the Uruguayan remains the priority.
The Rossoneri have no intention of recording a capital loss on the sale and thus a fee of €13m has been requested, which is the value that Laxalt currently is registered at on the balance sheet.
On Monday, Milan will meet with Laxalt’s agents to understand the player’s stance on the matter. Parma’s plan is to propose a loan with an option to buy, as a way of getting closer to the price tag.
After the meeting, the parties will understand if the deal is possible at all, as the left-back’s will is the decisive factor. Furthermore, the salary could potentially be an issue for Parma.
